Arvil Price is the founder and owner of Americas Choice Inspections and Americas Choice Training. He is a life long native of the Carolinas and has been working in real estate for 30 years. Only in the last ten years has he realized that he had a passion for teaching. He has shared his knowledge of inspection topics with the NC Real Estate Commission on various educational topics over the years. In 2015, he was nominated and served as President of the NC Real Estate Educators Association.

Kerry Price, Broker-in-Charge of Helen Adams Realty at Ballantyne, has been a Realtor® since 2005. She became the BIC in 2013 after working with Coldwell Banker in Charlotte for several years as a BIC for the Arboretum office. Prior to that, she was an owner and sales manager for Queen City Realty Group then became the Broker-in-Charge for Henderson Properties, expanding their business to South Charlotte. Kerry is an instructor certified by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and she holds the following professional designations: SFR (Short Sale, Foreclosure Designation), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional).
